Does Puure filter out the good minerals too?
No. Puure uses a multi-barrier system — not reverse osmosis. It reduces harmful contaminants like PFAS, chlorine and heavy metals, while keeping the natural minerals your body needs — calcium, magnesium, potassium. Cleaner water, not empty water.
How long does each filter cartridge last?
Each cartridge lasts around 3 months.
Can I cancel or change my subscription anytime?
Our subscriptions are completely flexible—no commitments! You can modify or cancel anytime, up to 48 hours before your next order, directly from your account or by emailing us at customercare@puurefilters.com
Is the Puure system covered by a warranty?
